We offer a hassle free and trustworthy returns policy that is FREE of charge for all orders within Pakistan on all applicable items. No return for small baby accessories like bibs, nail clippers, lotion, powder, soap and related items.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return our product only when:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is not used
  • Product is in original condition with packing
  • Product is expired
  • No Cash Refund. You will be given a voucher of your remaining payment.

Please make sure that you notify us about any return because due to heavy flow of customers and operations, sometimes we forget to execute your requests. Please sign in to your account with our website and make a return in your user control panel. We will definitely respond you.

Logistics personnel will collect the product from your doorstep and the customer will not be in any way charged additional for a refund and/or exchange.

In case of product loss or product damage of any sorts, the company will not be liable to provide with a refund and/or exchange. However a refund is acceptable only when the product returned is devoid of any damage and is intact in its totality.


  • Please note an exchange on the account of a mismatch or fault is dependent on availability of stock. This exchange without any additional charges.
  • An exchange can only take place once our Quality Control (QC) personnel have completed and reported due inspection.
  • Please note does not offer refund and/or exchange on undergarments, shape wear products (men and women), wrist watches, mobile phones and other electronic items.
  • In order to claim warranty on our selection of electronic items that bear manufacturer’s warranty, kindly contact vendor/manufacturer/authorized dealer directly.

How can I get a reversal on a Credit Card?
Call the Help line in order register a Cancellation complaint. If you placed the order via credit/debit card then the reversal will be given to the same credit/debit card number.
